George Liepart is the founder, President and CEO of Integrated Service Group.  For more than a quarter of a century, George has been dedicated to helping companies and top-level executives experience break-though success.  He is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, trainer and Business Development Expert.  He presents on many topics, such as leadership, mastering change, business planning, strategic planning, goals and sales. His focus is to equip and motivate those individuals and companies who have a desire to excel.

His extensive background includes leading a national sales staff of over 1,200 for MCI’s Business Markets Division followed by the successful development and sale of several start-up telecommunications companies.   Upon selling his interest in the start-up companies, a former client contacted Mr. Liepart requesting help in the arena of business development and Integrated Service Group was born.  Through Integrated Service Group, George is engaged as a strategic consultant for public and private sector companies and as a leadership coach for corporate CEOs, Presidents and top-level managers.  He helps companies and employees realize their actual potential by evaluating the core values of the organization, restructuring business plans, improving the cultural environment, and assisting management at all levels in coaching and mentorship skills.

George and Lisbet, his wife of 24 years, live in Lodi, California with their three children.  George is an advisory board member for Central Valley Community Bank, the Past President of the Pacific Tigers Athletic Association for the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, founding board member of Vineyard Christian School and Associate Pastor at Bear Creek Community Church.  A dedicated family man and avid sports fan, George serves as a coach for Tokay High School Varsity Basketball.  Together, George and Lisbet, have taught courses in marriage, raising children and personal finance.
